Thank you for requesting to partake in one of our event in the Salt Room. We will contact you within 24-48 hours (at the email or phone number you provided us) or the next business day if this is submitted on the weekend.

**Please note: We do require a minimum of 3 individuals to sign up in order to hold class.  In the event we do not have 3 individuals, we will credit your account for future services/events.  Thank you for understanding.**

Our staff respects that emergencies and illnesses do occur, and request a timely notification of the need for appointment cancellation. To clarify, if a cancellation is necessary, please notify the spa via phone call (859) 371-7258 at least 24 hours prior to one’s appointment.
